It has been a long winter here in Cape Town and I could not imagine myself and my dogs getting through it without our creature comforts!
If I had it my way, the dogs and I would be cuddled up under a duvet, in front of a blazing fire until the sun starts shining again... But alas, things need tending to, as I'm sure is the case with all of you busy dog moms out there!
#1 How does one make the same old doggie breakfast and dinner seem warm and comforting during these frosty days?
You ditch the boring stainless steel dishes and you serve your pups' meals in a hand made ceramic bowl!
Our first Soenchie bowl sat on the kitchen counter for a good two days before I handed it over to my dog, Salvador...I even served crisps out of it at a dinner party, trying to convince myself that I should keep it for my own personal use. This is how beautiful and special these bowls are - each piece is lovingly hand crafted and if you want to get your paws on one, lets just say there's a bit of a waiting list so get on it!

#2 How do you ensure your fur pal always has something yummy stashed away when it has been pouring down with rain and you just can't be bothered to go outside to do shopping (...and you yourself have nothing in the fridge and have Uber eats on speed dial...)?
