DELIVERY & DELIVERY TIMES
All of our goods are handmade in our home studio in Cape Town, South Africa and as you know, quality and hand crafted techniques take a little time - not that this is a bad thing!
Please allow us 5-7 working days to make your order.
We offer multiple methods of shipping to various locations, locally and internationally. These modes differ in price and time till delivery so please take care when choosing the option that suits you best.
We use Fastway couriers to deliver all over South Africa at a flat rate. It will take 2-3 working days for your order to arrive with you. You will receive and email notification with tracking details for your order as soon as your order has been collected from us by the courier company.
We offer two options for international shipping:
We can post your order with registered post, however this mode takes a fare bit longer than couriering and is less reliable than DHL courier - it can take anywhere from 8-20 working days and in some instances longer, depending on customs clearance and a few other factors. Please take this into consideration when choosing this option.
DHL Courier (2-3 working days)
Extremely reliable mode of shipping! Your parcel will arrive at your door in 2-3 working days and you can easily track the progress of your order online through the DHL website.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We take great pride in individually hand crafting all of our items, so we are convinced that the product you receive will be of impeccable quality.
Should you feel that your purchase is not up to standards you are welcome to send them back, unworn and in a resell-able state, within 14 days of receiving them. Please add a note along with your return with the following information:
- Full name and surname
- Email address
- Reason why you were unsatisfied with your purchase
You are welcome to contact us directly and let us know that you will be returning your purchase and tell us whether you would like a refund or coupon.
After we have had a look at returned goods we will issue you with a refund or coupon - whichever you decide on.
Hunt and Howlingmoon can not be held responsible for returns postage costs and if you choose to return any goods via post we will not be held liable for not receiving it and will not be able to issue your refund.
